  • Laminated medical card

  • Exam findings reported to DMV for you

  • *$200 charge for visits outside of regular business hours

Drug and alcohol testing $35-75

  • DOT drug and alcohol testing only

  • Pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing

  • Bring the chain of custody form from your employer and we take care of the rest.
